HUNTSVILLE VETERANS - ARE YOU MISSING OUT ON SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS?

I work with a lot of Huntsville and North Alabama veterans.  And you'd be surprised how many vets are qualified to receive Social Security disability payments but have not applied for them.

Most veterans apply for disability benefits through the Veterans Administration (VA).  But they are also entitled to apply for Social Security disability benefits.

If a wounded warrior is unable to perform military duties because of an impairment, whether the impairment is military related or not, he or she may be eligible for SSDI benefits in addition to VA benefits.

The fact that a veteran is still receiving active duty military pay does not, in and of itself, disqualify him or her from getting SSDI benefits.

My office would be happy to discuss a Social Security claim with veterans and help you decide whether you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to.  There is never a cost for a consultation or visit.  And we never charge a fee unless you receive SSDI benefits, including back pay.  Absolutely no upfront costs, expenses, deposits, etc.  When your back pay arrives, Social Security will deduct our approved fee and pay us directly.  You never have to write us a check.  If your claim is not approved, or if you do not received a lump sum back pay settlement, you do not owe us a fee.
