STANDING WITH VETERANS WHO NEED DISABILITY BENEFITS

Wounded Warriors who are unable to perform their work but are still on active military duty may qualify for Social Security disability benefits.  Social Security's policy is that receiving active duty military pay does not, in and of itself, prohibit a finding of disability.  It is the ability to perform work related activities that determines whether a in uniform is disabled.

The Forsythe Firm helps many Huntsville/Redstone veterans to apply for and receive Social Security disability benefits.  Our service is free unless you are approved and receive back pay as a result of our efforts.  Consultations are always without cost or obligation.

We are located at 7027 Old Madison Pike NW, Suite 108 in Huntsville.  That's in Research Park directly in front of Bridge Street Town Centre, and only a half mile from the Redstone Arsenal gate.  We would be honored to serve you.  Call me at (256) 799-0297.
